Shipping to the US and PR:
We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days and personalized items within 10-15 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders using USPS Standard Shipping.
PR shipping rate: $8.00
US shipping rate: $10.00
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.
Shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 15 days of purchase or delivery date either by bringing it to the stores located at 9 Calle Chardón, San Juan Puerto Rico 00918 and 1335 Ave Luis Vigoreaux Guaynabo Puerto Rico 00966 or by mailing the return to the return address listed below.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
To return your product by mail, please follow these steps:

Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
You will receive an email once return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
Personalized items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Special orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Barquito de Papel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once accepted by the mail carrier, we have no control or liability over delivery delays.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Store credits (in the form of gift cards) are valid for 3 months from the date it was issued. Please present store credit at the time of purchase.
Discount codes are entered at checkout. Discount codes can't be applied after purchase.
